Powder Coating
Durable architectural finishes. Aluminium and steel sections, sheets, railings and fabricated assemblies are coated in-house. Parts are degreased and pre-treated, electrostatically coated, then oven cured for a hard, even finish suited to exterior use in the Gulf climate.

Chemical Pre-Treatment
A coating is only as good as the surface under it. Every part is chemically cleaned and treated before coating, removing oil, oxide and extrusion residue and leaving a conversion layer the powder can grip.
- Alkaline degreasing removes oils, fingerprints and cutting fluid
- Rinse to clear residue between stages
- Etch and de-oxidise to strip the natural oxide film
- Conversion coating for adhesion and corrosion resistance
- Final rinse and dry-off before the powder booth

Aluminium Sand Casting
We cast aluminium hardware and decorative components (hinges, brackets, gate ornaments, handles, panels and balustrade parts) from our own patterns or from a pattern you supply. Castings are fettled, machined where needed and powder coated on the same site, so a part leaves the factory finished and ready to install.

Wood Finishing on Aluminium
The look of timber, the life of aluminium. A wood grain is transferred onto powder coated aluminium under heat, so the pattern is bonded into the finish rather than applied as a film. The result reads as timber but will not warp, rot or need re-staining.

CNC Machining
CNC routing and milling of aluminium profiles, sheet and composite panels. We work from your DXF, DWG or STEP files and produce repeatable parts for curtain walling, doors, windows, louvres and decorative screens.

Laser Cutting
Clean edges, fine detail. Sheet cutting in aluminium, mild steel and stainless, suited to decorative screens, privacy panels, gate infills, signage and perforated cladding where accurate repetition matters more than tooling.
